Naast haar bekende nummers 'As Tears Go By' en 'The Ballad Of Lucy Jordan' bevat dit album een flink aantal zeldzaam en niet eerder uitgebracht materiaal, waaronder live tracks, afwijkende mixen en alternatieve versies. Het merendeel hiervan verschijnt voor het eerst weer op vinyl sinds originele release, zoals o.a. haar laatste Decca 7" single 'Something B etter' / 'Sister Morphine' .
