Productinformatie

Hooverphonic is een Belgische band in 1995 opgericht door Alex Callier, Raymond Geerts en Geike Arnaert. Hoewel oorspronkelijk gecategoriseerd als een triphopgroep, breidden ze hun geluid uit naar alternatieve, electronica, electropop en rock. In 2008 kondigde Geike Arnaert, de leadzangeres van de band, aan dat ze de groep zou verlaten. Noémie Wolfs, werd haar opvolger op haar beurt in 2018 vervangen door Luka Cruysberghs. Sindsdien is Hooverphonic niet meer weg te denken uit het internationale muziek landschap en hebben ze België vertegenwoordigd op het Eurovisiesongfestival van 2021.
