'Notes With Attachments' is een samenwerking tussen producer en multi-instrumentalist Blake Mills (bekend van onder andere zijn werk met Perfume Genius en Bob Dylan) en de legendarische bassist Pino Palladino (bekend van onder andere zijn werk met John Mayer, The Who en D'Angelo). Het album was bedoeld als Palladino's debuutalbum, maar het project ontwikkelde zich terwijl Mills en Palladino jarenlang aan de plaat werkten. Voor 'Notes With Attachments' werkte het duo samen met onder andere D'Ange
lo drummer Chris Dave, toetsenist Larry Goldings, en saxofonisten Sam Gendel, Marcus Stricklan en Jacques Schwartz-Bart. | Le célèbre bassiste Pino Palladino et le multi instrumentiste de renom Blake Mille ont uni leurs talents sur l'album Notes With Attachments. Initialement concu comme un disque solo pour Palladino, celui-ci a rapidement évolué vers une collaboration entre deux artistes passionnés par l'expérimentation. Notes With Attachments a été enregistré en deux ans et demi et r
assemble un groupe de musiciens de première classe des mondes du jazz, du R&B, de la pop et au-dela: le batteur Chris Dave (D'Angelo, Anderson .Paak), les saxophonistes Sam Gendel, Marcus Strickland et Jacques Schwartz-Bart, le claviériste Larry Goldings (James Taylor, John Scofield), pour n'en citer que quelques uns.
